Access codes allow you to better manage which students at your university can enroll in your course. Once an access code is set, students and fellow instructors must enter the code in order to register for your course.
If your institution does not have a designated email domain, your course will automatically be blocked by an access code. However, if your institution does have an official email domain, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an access code.
Once the code is set, you can change it at any time by navigating to your Manage Class tab and then clicking on General Settings.
Then, please scroll to the Course Information section and enter your new code in the Access Code field. Please be sure to click Save Changes to apply new access code to your course.
