All instructors have the ability to set an access code. Access codes allow you to better manage which students at your university can enroll in your course. Instructors can securely share access codes with authorized students.
Once an access code is set, students must enter the code in order to register for your course. To set an access code, visit Manage Class > General Settings and click Add access code.
You can change your access code at any time.
Note: If your school does not have an official email domain, an access code will be set automatically.
