Piazza now supports more robust asynchronous workflows for instructors with Scheduling posts. Now you can create your posts ahead of time, or when you have the time, and schedule to send them at a later date.
Please note, this feature is only available in the new user interface, but any scheduled posts will also be posted to the class in the existing interface.
To create a scheduled post, create a post like any other! First click on the ‘New Post’ button and select your post type, audience, and enter your content:
Once you're happy with your post content, navigate to ‘Posting Options’ at the bottom of the page, where you can select ‘Schedule this post for later’:
Next, select the date and time and click ‘Schedule My Post’ to queue up your post. Piazza scheduled posts default to your device’s local time.
When you schedule a post, you’ll see a new section in your Q&A feed to track or cancel any scheduled posts you have.
